Cork County Childcare Committee has a Board of Directors who have responsibility for overseeing the work of the Company with a Coordinator who manages the company on a day to day basis.

​

A team of six Development Workers assisted by an Administrative Team liaise directly with Parents and Child Care Providers throughout Cork County.
